Players of all ages and skill levels welcome, with a wide range of teams, levels and places from juniors to seniors.
Registration is an easy two-step process as detailed below.

What do fees cover?
Fees are all-inclusive for standard participation full season at Nerang, and cover all governing body registration fees, competition fees and mandatory insurances to Football Queensland and Football Australia.

What you’ll need / Pre Registration checklist
- A clear ID/Passport style and current photo (taken within the last 12 months) for each player/participant which is in JPG format, under 2MB and ready to upload. No photo = no registration.
- A digital payment method (credit card, debit card and/or Google or Apple Pay etc)
- Full details such as DOBs, contact and personal information
STEP 1
Squadi Football QLD Registration
Head to https://registration.squadi.com/appRegistrationForm and either login for existing users, or create an account for new users. You can download the Squadi App from the App Store or Play Store if needed.
Add a new registration for existing players or Add a new participant for new players. Fill in details as prompted.
Search for NERANG SOCCER CLUB in organisations and select your corresponding competition. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is NOT the registration for our Eaglets 3-5 year olds program, it is only for players playing from Under 6 and up this year.
- U6 to U12 Coles Mini Roos for players born 2013 and younger
- U13 to U18 South Coast Community Juniors for players born 2012 and older
- Senior Teams choose FQPL4 or Community Men / Women as needed

Play Football Australia Registration

People who have been successfully registered through Step 1 will receive an email and link when this Part 2 step opens.
Both steps must be completed for ALL players prior to the commencement of the 2025 game season.
*UPDATE on online registrations: Registration is a two part process, with the main registration for club and Football Queensland fees now open through Squadi, however we are currently waiting for the second part Football Australia component of the registration process (Let’s Play Football portal) to become active and open. We have been informed that Football Queensland is working closely with Football Australia to expedite this, so hopefully this will open very soon.

When does the season run?
Training resumes Tuesday 28 January for all junior teams, with the season running from March to late August and Early September, depending on each team’s age level and competition formats, finals etc. Teams typically break for school holidays. Training is typically Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30pm to 5:30pm for U6 to U12/13 teams and 5:30pm to 6:30pm for U13/14 to U18 teams. Training times are TBA and are subject to each individual team make up and available space/personnel.

Exceptions or allowances for ages?
In some circumstance a player may be permitted to play up one age group, however players are typically required to remain in their age groups as per Football Queensland policies. In some girls divisions, players may be permitted to play down or up an age group depending on the situation. Any players requiring to play outside of their normal age bracket MUST get permission from the club, and each application is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please talk to your coaches and/or contact club staff to enquire regarding this.
Coaches & Managers Wanted
Each year we are looking for a handful dedicated coaches to join our existing coaching crew guiding a team. Football knowledge is a great start however not required for our younger ages groups, just a good sense of leadership and patience. Parents and older siblings (16+) welcome to enquire, and we’ll have support on hand to assist you in your coaching journey. Must have a current blue card or working with children equivalent – if you need a blue card we can help you arrange one. Contact Fred (details below) to enquire.
Do you have payment plans or similar for registration?
The Play Football fee component is not covered by any payment plan. If you wish to discuss options regarding split payments or payment plans for the Squadi fee component (Football QLD and club fees) please contact our club administrator asap BEFORE registering and paying on Squadi. Payment options are considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be available for all.
